• Preregistration ends on 20 November 2024. If you miss the deadline, please contact us at info@egmo2025.com.
• Applications for Observers and requests for room upgrades must be submitted by 20 January 2025.
• Participant registration for EGMO 2025 starts on 1 February 2025 and ends on 28 February 2025.
• Full payment of the fees for Observers and non-European Participants and extra charges for single rooms must be made by 28 February 2025.
